From Tinder to Bumble, dating apps are a way for many people to find love, and that goes for the celebrity community as well.
Yes, they’ve been known to swipe on platforms considered “more exclusive” like Raya, but in fact, there are plenty of star-studded romances that have emerged from everyday apps.
Some even got married after slipping into another famous face’s DMs.

Michael, 57, who revealed he recognized Coleen from The Nolans and Loose Women, said: “It was a bit of a dilemma. You think, ‘Am I slipping just because I recognize her?
“So I had to think about it and do it for the right reasons – not even for a minute thinking she would respond anyway. The surprising thing for me was that once I swiped we were immediately a match, which meant that she already loved me.”
Coleen previously revealed how fellow Loose Women panelist Brenda Edwards helped her set up with her new man Michael.
The TV star described how the pair ‘swapped phones’ to find dates for each other before Brenda found Michael for Coleen.
“Well, I kinda said ‘ooh, he’s nice’ and she said ‘yeah, definitely slide for him,'” Coleen said.
